This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in international sales and estimating to support a leading relocation company’s growth and success. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare accurate estimates for international moving and relocation services based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and operations to gather necessary information for pricing proposals.
  • Provide clients with detailed cost breakdowns, pricing structures, and available service options.
  • Assess financial risks associated with international relocations and offer cost-saving recommendations.
  • Analyse customs regulations, transportation logistics, and global move requirements.
  • Ensure all estimates are delivered to clients in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the estimating and relocation process.
  • Stay informed on market pricing, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting international moves.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and estimates in the company’s CRM system.
  • Support operations and sales teams with additional pricing and estimation-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in sales estimating, particularly for international moving and relocation services.
  • Strong knowledge of global relocation processes, customs regulations, and international logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the moving and relocation industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
