Key Responsibilities:
- Support the global mobility and relocation team with administration tasks
- Update the system with relevant data such as expatriate documentation
- Review cost estimates and prepare assignment documentation
- Work closely with third party vendors for various services including immigration and tax
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and to assist with other tasks
Main Requirements:
- Previous/Current experience in the International Assignment/Global Mobility or Relocation industry is preferred however not essential
- Extensive administration experience gained in a corporate environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
