A leading provider of relocation and global mobility services is seeking a driven and personable Global Mobility & Relocation, Client Account Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong client-focused background to lead, manage and grow strategic accounts across the UK and globally.

You’ll be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio through up-selling and cross-selling.

This role requires international travel and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the relationship management for a portfolio of key regional and global accounts
  • Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints of the client journey
  • Create and implement account strategies aligned with client expectations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging at all levels of the organisation
  • Identify and secure opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services such as; assignment services, immigration, move management, consulting and more.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and global mobility forums
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery excellence and account satisfaction
  • Take full ownership of contract discussions, pricing reviews and commercial negotiations
  • Represent the business at industry events and actively support brand visibility
  • Maintain an unwavering focus on client retention and service innovation

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the relocation or global mobility sector
  • Proven background managing global client accounts with strategic oversight
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging personality
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and internationally for client engagements (travel up to 35%)
  • Strong understanding of client contracts, commercial terms and pricing structures
  • Minimum of 6 years account management experience within global relocation and international mobility 
  • Previous relocation management company experience is required
