We have a new opportunity to a high skilled Global Mobility and Relocation professional, with exceptional client account development skills, to join our client as their Global Mobility Account Executive EMEA.

The Global Mobility Account Executive is responsible for meeting sales targets and expanding the client base throughout the region. The successful candidate must be proactive and adept at fostering strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing customised global mobility and relocation solutions. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the EMEA Global Mobility Account Executive:
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the firm’s international assignment and relocation services.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Identify and assess potential clients through research and networking.
  • Present and showcase company products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Report directly into the Global Mobility Sales Director.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the global mobility and relocation sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales related work experience is required.
  • Able to grow, develop and foster professional business relationships with corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to retain client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

This position requires up to 35% business travel, both internationally and domestically.
