Our client, a leading aerospace and defense company, are currently seeking a Sales Manager, Aerospace to join their team in Milwaukee, WI on a hybrid basis.  
 
Reporting into the VP of Business Development, this role will oversee business development and capture activities for a diverse set of customers focused on training, support services and foreign military sales solutions for the company. 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with leadership to define target capabilities and markets, establishing key pursuits.
	<li>Understand and be able to effectively communicate the company’s capabilities and technical differentiators.

Required Knowledge for USG Regulations, Contracting, and FMS System:

	<li>Knowledge/experience in licensing products for export, management of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Financing (FMF), and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) with compliance requirements (e.g., FCPA, sanctions listings).

This individual will be responsible for finding repair sources using historical information as well as outside sources like Haystack, technical data, and ILS. 
 
Responsibilities:

	<li>Create repair requests for quotations, mail them, and follow up on them (RFQs).
	<li>Request quotes for overhaul and repairs.
	<li>Complete any necessary price negotiations.

Sourcing Specalist

Under the supervision of the Sales Leadership, this Strategic Account Manager role will work in conjunction with the Client Success and the senior Expansion and Pricing teams to oversee, renew, and drive increases in services and pricing within existing partnerships.  
 
This role involves mapping out and executing strategies for significant growth in key business relationships, focusing on increasing the number of sites and revenue.  
 
The primary focus is on enhancing and renewing current client relationships (75%), with a secondary focus on securing and developing new client engagements (25%).
