Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and forms
- Maintain filing systems and contact lists
- Order office supplies
- Assist in preparing reports and booking travel arrangements
- Calendar/Schedule Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Represent manager in assisting with clients
- Perform adhoc admin tasks
- Procurement and purchasing activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a EA/ PA or Administrative Assistant
- Must have experience liaising with US Military
- Experience in Government/ Intelligence/ Counter Intelligence field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
