This role is a 4 on 4 off position, during training it will be Monday to Friday. 
 
Responsibilities:

	<li>Having 1-2 years of experience in either exports or imports, handling export customs clearances.
	<li>Effective usage of T-Forms and the NCTS Transit System.
	<li>Utilising relevant software products for effective customs clearance procedures, including as Chief, Destin8, NCTS, CNS, and Descartes.
	<li>A working knowledge of import customs clearances. Understanding of Port Health rules is desirable.

As a Senior International Mobility Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing outsourced management of their employees’ international mobility. You will leverage your expertise to optimise and implement all aspects of international mobility, including social protection, taxation, labour law/contracts, immigration, and administrative procedures. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:

	<li>Advisory and Compliance: Advise HR and managers on the conditions for short-term and long-term international assignments, ensuring compliance with social and tax regulations and the company's mobility policy. This includes guidance on taxation, medical coverage, immigration, and retirement impacts.
	<li>Cost Estimations: Prepare and evaluate mobility costs, including net employee and employer costs, and present these proposals to HR, managers, and expatriates as necessary. Additionally, you will liaise with subsidiary HR teams to monitor payroll.
