Our client, a global corporate accommodation provider is looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team in New York. This position is on site. 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Actively seeking out new sales and business development opportunities
  • Sell directly to new and existing clients
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients by cross selling other services
  • Carrying out and attending regular client reviews, industry events and business negotiations to support business development and sales efforts
  • Creating Business Development action plans and Sales strategies to increase new business
  • Accurately recording all sales activities onto the company database to support business and sales analytics
  • Participating in the training and development of new sales staff in order to support and fully equip the team to reach KPI’s and sales targets
  • Ensuring compliance with sales and price policies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an outside sales position in the hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartments, corporate housing sector
  • Track record achieving sales targets
  • Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
