Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with an international hospitality provider who are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand their client base in the hospitality sector across Munich and the surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the hospitality industry, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and drive brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and business pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements while ensuring profitable growth.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
