Our client, a dynamic agency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join their Client Services department. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between assigned clients and the agency's capabilities, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain close working relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact. This includes effective communication, problem-solving, attending meetings, and promptly responding to requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional collaboration with assigned clients, leveraging your business acumen to expand their accounts through new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate quotes for projects and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring financial transactions are executed flawlessly.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive project briefs, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Creative team, facilitating clear communication and providing detailed written briefs with necessary resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery within set deadlines and budgets.
  • Work closely with an Account Executive to guide projects through each stage, ensuring proper management and processing.
  • Oversee daily project management activities in the studio, adhering to the established timeline.
  • Utilize and maintain a project management system (e.g., Synergist) for accurate job numbers, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to the assigned Account Executive.
  • Effectively manage and evaluate the performance of the Account Executive.
  • Keep the team informed with relevant knowledge and updates.
  • Proactively address all client requirements, potentially involving unsocial hours to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new employees.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Share knowledge and experience with colleagues across teams.
  • Maintain accurate and current client information within the project management system.
  • Promote best practices in email, project management systems, and data organization.
  • Lead by example, ensuring team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably required in alignment with primary responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
  • Degree (advertising, marketing, communications, business management, or a relevant Diploma) preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management, particularly within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Experience consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Extensive experience in team management and leadership.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
