Serve as the crucial conduit between operations and clients. To surpass client expectations, this position entails managing sales enquiries, scheduling surveys, and organising every facet of the relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer consumer questions by phone, email, and in-person to provide timely, courteous assistance.
- For domestic relocation, arrange and oversee survey appointments.
- Within a day, create precise customer quotes and price adjustments.
- Handle relocation reservations while maintaining open lines of communication between operational teams and clients.
- Handle billing, payments, storage accounts, and documentation by the conditions of the contract.
- To enhance income potential, upselling extra moving and relocation services.
- Communicate with agents, shipping companies, and outside vendors to arrange services and negotiate prices.
- Oversee the entire moving procedure to guarantee accurate and on-time service.
- Continue to communicate with customers proactively, giving them status updates on shipments.
- Respond to and settle consumer grievances, helping them if necessary with the claim’s procedure.
Requirements:
- Experience working for a moving or relocation company is a must.
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding customer service abilities combined with the capacity to control client expectations.
- The capacity to multitask and perform well under duress in a hectic setting.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with clients, third-party providers, and internal teams.
- Preferably be proficient with Moveware or a comparable CRM program.
