A skilled and experienced Relocation and Global Mobility Consultant is required to join our client in Hong Kong.

This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating global mobility services such as, international relocations for corporate employees and their families, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and their employees throughout the entire relocation process
  • Conduct needs assessments through briefing calls and meetings to understand the requirements of assignees
  • Provide expert advice and support on relocation and global mobility services, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Manage the entire relocation lifecycle, including organising logistics, housing, and other services to ensure a smooth experience for assignees and their families
  • Collaborate with the global mobility team to ensure consistent service delivery across regions
  • Address client and assignee inquiries promptly, offering tailored solutions as needed
  • Assist the Global Mobility Manager with strategic projects and operational tasks
  • Participate in client meetings, providing updates on account performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Handle any escalations or challenges, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be a HK national or have HK Perm residency 
  • Prior experience working as a global relocation case manager
  • In-depth knowledge of relocation services, global mobility, and international assignment processes
  • Proven experience in managing international relocations and case files
  • Strong cultural awareness and the ability to empathise with assignees from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to ensure all deadlines and client requirements are met
