We are supporting a global relocation provider in their search for a Relocation Consultant to join their DSP ( Destination Services ) team in France.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Under the supervision of the DSP Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of all relocation requests to and from France.
• Tasks of the Relocation DSP Consultant will include coordinating and managing the following services: Orientation tours, Booking temporary accommodation, Finding permanent housing, School search, Lease and contract management, Assistance with installation, Coordination of household goods move, Language and cultural training, Managing expense claims and Property management.
• You will serve as the interface between expatriate clients, large account clients, and all on-the-ground stakeholders (consultants, subsidiaries, and partners).
• You will oversee the assignments from creating the file in the IT system, defining the expatriate client's needs, liaising with the large account client and the various mission stakeholders. 
• Update the relocation case management systems.
• Invoicing clients at the end of services.

Skills and experience required:

• You have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the relocation field.
• You are dynamic, with strong telephone communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Organisation and the ability to prioritise are recognised strengths of yours.
• You are proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
