Our client, a leading visa and immigration provider is looking to hire an Onsite Singapore Immigration Coordinator to join their team in Singapore. 

This role supports a key global client with their business visa travel program, focusing on efficient visa processing, documentation coordination, and issue resolution. 

The Singapore Immigration Coordinator will be responsible for engaging directly with client employees and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory requirements.

Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Working Pattern: This is a fully onsite role – 3 days in-office, 2 days at the client’s office
Salary: $4,800 SGD/Month x 12

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Visa & Immigration service-related escalations on behalf of client stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for coordinating business travel assessments across multiple business units
  • Research and assess visa requirements, travel restrictions, and allowable business activities 
  • Advise stakeholders on visa processes, necessary documentation, and expected timelines
  • Identify and gather required documentation to support Visa & Immigration applications (e.g., company registration, tax certificates, financial information)
  • Prepare visa application filings, compile supporting documentation, and respond to inquiries from foreign governments
  • Track application deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes
  • Liaise with the client’s legal, tax, and accounting teams to obtain approvals and ensure all Visa-related documents are complete
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of Visa & Immigration issues
  • Recommend Visa & Immigration process improvements based on customer feedback
  • Develop and maintain a structured approach to Visa & Immigration document management and compliance

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of relevant Visa & Immigration experience, ideally covering Singapore
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and remote collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to dynamic environments
