Moving Sales Executive – Austin, TX

Alchemy is seeking a Moving Sales Executive, to join a top moving and relocation firm in Austin, TX. This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated sales professional to engage with residential and commercial clients and provide bespoke moving solutions that ensure a smooth transition. This post is for you if you have a strong sales background in the moving or relocation sector and take a proactive approach to lead generation and contract closure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and produce new business possibilities by networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-home and remote consultations to determine customer needs and deliver accurate relocation estimates.
  • Create and present unique moving proposals depending on the client's requirements, budget, and timetable.
  • Maintain good relationships with both residential and commercial clients to encourage recurring and referral business.
  • Follow up on leads and queries to turn prospects into confirmed moves.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to guarantee a successful transition.
  • CRM software allows you to track and manage all sales activity as well as client data.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive pricing, and market circumstances.
  • Attend networking events, trade exhibits, and community gatherings to increase brand exposure.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and performance objectives.
  • To ensure client pleasure, provide excellent customer service and promptly handle any problems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and sales initiatives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior sales experience in the moving, relocation, or logistics business is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Capability to create leads, close deals, and achieve sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive sales strategy.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and the willingness to go to client meetings in the Austin, TX area.
