Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored relocation solutions that meet the needs of corporate clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with detailed records of all client interactions and progress.
- Continuously innovate and seek new approaches to penetrate untapped markets and expand the company’s global footprint.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of global mobility services and corporate relocation solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
