Our client, a leading global provider of relocation services, is looking to hire a fluent French, Global Assignment Management Consultant to join their global mobility team.

Purpose:
The Assignment Management Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the entire global relocation and assignment management process for the client's employees.

This position will partner directly with the European team based in Geneva, Switzerland. The GAMC’s responsibilities will include managing the assignee case management process, ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery, coordinating suppliers, and promoting the full range of services offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of relocation and assignment services to assignees and their families, ensuring adherence to the client's high-quality service standards.
  • Liaise with relocating assignees and the client, providing them with updates on the relocation process in both English and French.
  • Manage and arrange relocation, moving and global mobility processes according to client specifications.
  • Conduct initial global assignment briefing calls to determine specific relocation requirements, working closely with assignees to ensure all needs are met.
  • Manage suppliers and third-party services required for the relocation process, not limited to; home search, destination services, temp accommodation, household goods moving, visa and immigration services, language and cross-cultural training.
  • Manage the entire global mobility lifecycle, maintaining communication throughout the assignment period.
  • Delivering global mobility policy and benefits counselling, workflow administration, home rental coordination, financial services support and supplier coordination.
  • Collaborate effectively within the organisation, offering support to team members, advising on process improvements, cost savings, and more.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Fluency in English & French is essential.
  • Previous experience in relocation or assignment management is essential.
  • Experience living and working overseas would be advantageous.
  • A positive, personable attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client and customer relationship skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with corporate clients.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
