Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell the company’s complete range of services including Assignment Management, Destination Services, Immigration Services, and Household Goods Moving.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target companies to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales action plan to win new client accounts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams to maximize client engagement and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Build and nurture a strong network within the global mobility, relocation, and destination services industry.
- Meet and exceed set revenue and new business acquisition targets.
- Participate in high-level sales presentations and RFP processes to secure new clients.
- Act as a trusted expert, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advising clients on solutions tailored to their relocation needs.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales & Business Development experience in the Relocation, Global Mobility, or Household Goods Moving sectors is essential.
- A natural “sales hunter” with a strong track record of securing new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with deep industry knowledge.
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
