Alchemy is partnering with an industry leading organisation within the Aerospace & Defense sector who are looking for a Sales Specialist based in NJ to cover their East Coast region.

This individual will act as a subject matter expert and will be well-versed in the technical details and scientific industrial processes related to the particular items, in addition to having a broad grasp of the products themselves. 

The specialist will build strong relationships with clients using the consultative sales strategy, which will also contribute to significant sales growth and profitability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Keeps up-to-date understanding of markets, goods, services, and market niches in order to identify, qualify, and prospect new clients. 
  • Determine wants, present products and negotiate price within predetermined parameters, and completes purchases.  
  • Develop a sales strategy and financial operational plans for their territory with the assistance of leadership after analysing the territory to find growth prospects and assessing the outcomes.   
  • Enhance sales leads, cultivates and preserves connections with important industrial channel partners and cleaning equipment manufacturers.
  • Create and implement the sales region's plan.
  • Demonstrate reliable solutions to particular client opportunities through technical presentations of the companies Industrial products.   
  • Create plans for determining the demands of the client and presenting the company's goods and services as viable answers.
  • Oversee and maintain Salesforce sales activity.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience within the Aerospace and Defense sector is essential.
  • A technical background in Engineering, Chemistry or related field would be desirable.
  • A good relationship-builder with a track record of working with others to form reliable working alliances.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities.
  • S convincing speaker and empathic listener with a track record of fostering sincere commercial relationships that impact decisions.   
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.  
  • Possesses an understanding of ISO quality systems and/or obligations. 
  • Salesforce expertise is beneficial.
  • Strong diplomatic and tactful abilities.  
  • A strategist who can methodically direct and develop company plans.
