• Create and provide accurate, tailored relocation quotes and estimates.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate conditions, and finalize deals to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups in your CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations departments to guarantee a smooth transfer planning and implementation.
• Educate clients about the company's services, rules, and any moving and relocation regulations.
• Respond to client inquiries, issues, and special requests to guarantee great customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity to improve sales techniques.
