What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day moving operations to ensure the efficient execution of all relocation services.
  • Manage moving workers, drivers, and coordinators to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain complete compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Monitor operational key performance indicators and apply continuous improvement methods.
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their expectations are fulfilled and surpassed.
  • Supervise the packing, loading, and delivery operations for both domestic and commercial movements.
  • Coordinate equipment and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Resolve client or operational concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Train and support team members to maintain service standards and follow processes.
  • Manage inventory to ensure that all assets are properly accounted for and maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to increase service quality and customer happiness.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of three years' experience as an Operations Manager in the moving or relocation industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broad IT knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate policy compliance and operational best practices.
  • Excellent organizing and communication skills.
