Office & Industrial Relocation Consultant – Portland, OR

Are you a motivated salesperson with experience in the moving and relocation industry?  We're looking for an Office and Industrial Relocation Consultant to join our team in Portland, Oregon.  This employment pays a salary + commission, recognising your ability to create leads and close business in the commercial moving industry.  If you excel at B2B sales and have a thorough understanding of office and industrial relocations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and seek new prospects in the commercial moving and relocation market.
  • Establish and sustain connections with corporate clients, facility managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits to analyse shifting requirements and create specific proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and price to ensure a successful closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth service delivery.
  • Present and explain relocation solutions that meet client demands, including specialised logistics.
  • CRM software helps you track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to increase your business opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate sales predictions and achieve or exceed revenue expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing departments to create focused outreach programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition actions, and market movements. Provide great customer service to increase repeat business and recommendations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in the moving and relocation industry (office and industrial moves desired).
  • Excellent ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and finalise sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to undertake site studies and create detailed, unique bids.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
