• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations and customer service to ensure that moving projects are executed smoothly and successfully.

Qualifications:
• Proven sales track record, preferably in the business or residential moving or transportation industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity in this type of job role, plus the ability to forge relationships and trust with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills are required to efficiently close sales deals.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions.

• In order to manage multiple leads and opportunities at the same time, excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is useful although not a requirement as every company operates different systems.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a team context.
• In the commercial or private residential moving industry, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel is a must.
