Harriet is a Systems & Projects Executive responsible for leading advanced administration projects and system maintenance. She provides efficient support to a large team of Global Talent Alchemists who service multiple industry sectors on a global basis. 

In addition to CRM management and automation, Harriet handles marketing support, website maintenance, and internal training and development. She also plays a key role in various internal business projects. 

With a natural flair for process and project management, Harriet has been an integral part of Alchemy's HRIS system development.
