David leads Alchemy's Aerospace division and works within the International Logistics, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Trade Compliance recruitment team, covering the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.

He specialises in global talent acquisition across aerospace, including aviation engineering, aerostructures, aircraft maintenance, avionics, and aerospace manufacturing. With expertise in aerospace supply chains and compliance, he delivers tailored recruitment and advisory services.

As a brand ambassador for Alchemy, David travels across the EMEA and US to attend and host aerospace and logistics industry events.

In addition to his role as a Senior Talent Alchemist, David manages global PSL accounts and connects top-tier aerospace talent with leading organisations worldwide.
