Responsibilities:
- Provide UK immigration advice in accordance with OISC Level 1 regulations.
- Manage visa applications for individuals and corporate clients, including:
- Skilled Worker visas,
- Family and Partner visas
- Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications
- British citizenship applications
- Sponsor Licence applications and compliance
- Conduct eligibility assessments and develop tailored immigration solutions.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, the Home Office, and other relevant authorities.
- Stay up to date with UK immigration laws and best practices.
- Deliver internal training and guidance on immigration matters.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide high-quality client service, managing cases efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure full compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- OISC Level 1 certification (or higher) is required.
- Previous experience handling UK visa applications and compliance matters.
- Strong understanding of UK immigration laws and Home Office procedures.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent service delivery skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
