We are looking for experienced UK Immigration professionals to join our client's team in Didcot.
Their are a variety of opportunities available including full time, part time, Paralegal & Consultant level.

Immigration Management:

  • Points Based System casework including GBM Senior or Specialist / Expansion / Secondment and Skilled Worker categories plus  Innovator / Founder, Global Talent & High Potential Individuals
  • Compliance and Sponsor Management duties such as licence applications, SMS reporting and client audits
  • Provision of strategic advice and right to work checks
  • Completion of legal forms, drafting representation letters, consulting, and liaising with clients via email, meetings and telephone
  • Assisting with individual immigration enquiries within the rules such as Family & Private Life cases, UK Ancestry, Visitors, ILR and British nationality


Business Development

  • Presentation at own / shared seminars and HR forums
  • Attending networking events and increasing the contact database
  • Contacting potential and current customers to establish rapport, arrange meetings and make aware of their services


Skills:

  • Good planning, organisation skills and excellent workload management
  • Ability to rapidly analyse, interpret and present data to support decision making
  • The ability to multi-task and ensure accuracy and attention to detail which is key for this role

  • Highly commercially aware
  • Good listener; calm under pressure
  • Awareness of latest changes in immigration law and play a role in helping the business to lead it’s industry sector

Qualifications & Experience:

  • OISC Level 1 qualification or higher
  • Proven recent experience in a similar role
  • Experience of client account management
  • Good level of education with a passion for customer service
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
