This role requires flexibility to relocate throughout the US as you progress through the program and take on leadership assignments in various properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured rotational training program across multiple hotel departments
- Assist department heads and general managers in daily operations, staffing, and service delivery
- Lead team members in delivering outstanding guest service and resolving guest concerns
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives
- Embrace and champion company values, culture, and service standards
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Passion for hospitality and people leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, resilience, and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to relocate to different locations in the US as needed (relocation support provided)
- Prior hospitality experience (internships, part-time roles, etc.) is a plus but not required
