Alchemy is looking for a precise and customer-focused Move Coordinator situated in Stirling, VA to plan and oversee the logistics of government migrations, ensuring smooth transitions for customers. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and organize government relocation projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for government clients, providing timely information and exceptional service.
- Create and maintain detailed relocation plans, budgets, and timetables.
- Maintain full compliance with all legal and contractual responsibilities.
- Collaborate with moving workers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and payment for government moves.
- Address and address any issues that may emerge during the moving process.
- Monitor performance indicators to ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Assist with training and procedure enhancements to ensure migration success.
- When handling government relocation information, follow all security and confidentiality rules.
