Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of international move coordinators that are responsible for managing international moves for government accounts
- Ensure the moving team are providing a high level of customer service
- Oversee the international household goods moving process from start to finish
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Book air and ocean freight services as needed
- Monitor shipments via air and ocean through to delivery
- Obtain and review customs documentation
- Liaise with agents for rates
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in the household goods moving / relocation industry
- Must have GSA or ITGBL moving/relocation experience
- Experience booking air and ocean freight services
- Some experience supervising/leading a team
- Degree or equivalent preferred
