As a COD Relocation Coordinator in the moving and relocation industry, you'll be part of a dynamic team situated in Houston, TX. This in-house function is critical in arranging transfers and managing COD calls, and it also includes oversight of a small national account. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to all incoming COD (cash on delivery) client calls and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate all parts of COD relocations, from initial contact to completion.
- Schedule and dispatch teams for household items relocation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Track and update relocation status in the company's systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate records of COD and national account activities.
- Provide customer service help to guarantee a positive moving experience.
- Respond to and address client problems or service issues swiftly.
- Liaise with the billing and collections departments about COD payments.
- Assist with document preparation, relocation paperwork, and related compliance.
- Monitor moving timetables to ensure that deadlines are met efficiently.
- Manage the special needs of a designated small national account in order to assist in its move.
