Alchemy is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter with an extensive background in hiring across the Shipping and Logistics sector.
Specialising in recruiting talent for Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Retail, Aerospace, Import, Export, and Manufacturing industries, the Senior Recruiter of the Shipping and Logistics team will perform a 360-degree role, actively pursuing new client business and filling positions worldwide.
Prior experience working for a recruitment agency focusing on permanent recruitment in the Shipping and Logistics industry is essential.
Duties of the Senior Recruiter (Shipping and Logistics) role:
- Build and develop your own client base globally through new business development, focusing on the Shipping and Logistics sector
- Headhunt candidates globally for roles via LinkedIn and other CV search sites
- Source and manage talent using Bullhorn CRM
- Build and foster client relationships, successfully filling vacancies
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for clients and candidates
- Build a team over time
Experience required for the role:
- Previous experience recruiting for the Shipping and Logistics sector is essential
- Years of experience working within a recruitment agency environment, in a 360 role
- Previous experience in business development and managing your own client base; an existing portfolio of clients is highly advantageous
- Proven billing history
- Drive, creativity, and determination to achieve sales targets
- Ability to take ownership of your clients and successfully manage their hiring needs
