You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable coordination of global relocation initiation from enquiry to closing.The Senior Assignment Management Consultant will act as a global mobility and relocation expert, ensuring client satisfaction at all time.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing assignee files and ensure complete satisfaction from assignee and family and client by exceeding their service expectations
- Taking detailed client briefs and conducting relocation needs analysis
- Support relevant Global Mobility Managers in client meetings
- Learn and administer clients policies and keeping clients closely informed of the progress of their global assignment programme
- Developing relationship with clients, assignees and their families
- Ensuring assignee requests are handled in a timely manner basis, always responding to calls within 24 hours
- Flagging any cost overruns and act accordingly
- Ensuring issues are promptly escalated where appropriate to ensure corrective action can be taken
- Seeking opportunities to cross sell other services
- Advising Relocation and Global Mobility Manager/Director of suggestions for process improvement, costs savings
- Support team members on assignee casefile management when needed
Skills & experience:
- Previous experience in relocation and/or assignment management is necessary
- Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills
- Great cultural awareness and natural people skills
- Highly organised and able to project manage
- Passionate about providing quality customer services
