Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the domestic and international relocation process on behalf of assignees
- Act as main point of contact for assignees and their families during their relocation
- Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process
- Maintain a full understanding of the client’s relocation policies
- Coordinate relocation services including US domestic home sale (BVO, GBO) , home search, school search, household goods moving, temporary accommodation and expense management
- Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle escalations and exceptions as required
- Maintain regular communication with third party vendors
- Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries
- Review and submit invoices
Key Requirements:
- Ideally 3+ years experience in International / Domestic Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management is required
- Knowledge of relocation services including US domestic home sale (BVO, GBO) , home search, school search, household goods moving, temporary accommodation and expense management
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Industry certifications preferred such as GMS / CRP
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office / Suite
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
