An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Relocation Consultant to join a relocation provider in their office near Bethel, CT.  

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the domestic and international relocation process on behalf of assignees
  • Act as main point of contact for assignees and their families during their relocation
  • Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process
  • Maintain a full understanding of the client’s relocation policies
  • Coordinate relocation services including US domestic home sale (BVO, GBO) , home search, school search, household goods moving, temporary accommodation and expense management
  • Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle escalations and exceptions as required
  • Maintain regular communication with third party vendors
  • Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries
  • Review and submit invoices 

Key Requirements:
  • Ideally 3+ years experience in International / Domestic Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management is required
  • Knowledge of relocation services including US domestic home sale (BVO, GBO) , home search, school search, household goods moving, temporary accommodation and expense management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
  • Industry certifications preferred such as GMS / CRP 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office / Suite 
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
