Responsibilities of the Logistics Billing Coordinator:
- Complete weekly billing for designated clients within the allotted time, including creating invoices, sending invoices to clients, and delivering reports.
- As needed, manage weekly settlements within the allotted time window.
- Investigate issues and correct deviations from processes and workflow.
- Verify the accuracy of moving invoices; communicate with important stakeholders to address any errors or problems.
- Collaborate with the Advanced Solutions team to pinpoint, refine, and put into place successful process modifications.
- Oversee improvement initiatives to gauge how well adjustments and improvements are working.
- Complete daily duties, keep an eye on business to make tasks are completed effectively during the week, and prepare for the weekly billing cycle.
- Produce reports for customers, financial managers, and other important stakeholders.
Requirements of the Logistics Billing Coordinator:
- At least 1 year of similar experience within the Moving & Relocation sector.
- Some knowledge of accounting, invoicing, or freight audit and payment processes.
- Confident with various business software as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, succinct manner with customers, co-workers, and management.
