Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive 1-year and 3-year action plans with quarterly targets to drive long-term growth within the corporate housing, serviced apartment, and short-term accommodation sectors.
- Take responsibility for achieving revenue and profit goals within the corporate accommodation industry, adjusting strategies to capture demand in the market for temporary and furnished housing.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities globally, focusing on expanding the client base in corporate housing, serviced apartments, and furnished accommodation markets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by consistently prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging with clients seeking high-quality, short-term housing solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and industry influencers, focusing on converting these connections into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting its corporate housing and serviced apartment offerings to strengthen brand visibility and foster key alliances.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners, securing deals that align with revenue targets in corporate and furnished housing markets.
- Finalize high-value contracts with corporations and relocation partners in need of short-term, furnished accommodation solutions for their workforce.
- Stay updated on trends and competitive dynamics within the corporate housing and serviced apartment industry, sharing insights to inform company strategy.
- Utilize digital channels, including email marketing and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), to increase brand awareness and engage potential clients in need of corporate or short-term accommodation solutions.
- Track and report business development progress through CRM systems, providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline and corporate housing sector performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM data integrity and alignment with business needs in the temporary and serviced accommodation sector.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment on strategies for corporate housing and furnished accommodation offerings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, setting a high standard for compliance and professionalism.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years in business development or sales, ideally with experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, or temporary accommodation sectors.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
