This position will handle all corporate legal or secretarial affairs with company management teams, and stakeholders.  
 
Key Responsibilities: 
•    Ensure that all companies operating in different markets are following their statutory obligations. 
•    Provide guidance on the obligations and tasks of directors under the Companies Act.  
•    Assess and approve all requests for bank and other financial guarantees across all businesses. 
•    Attend Board of Directors and Members meetings, as well as prepare announcements, agendas, and minutes. 
•    Establish and keep close communication with all pertinent parties in the different countries, including board management team, finance and legal management team and stakeholders.  
•    Maintain track of and update all business information for all businesses across different countries. 
•    Provide assistance to the Company Secretary and Lead Counsel with all corporate secretarial issues. 
•    Identify and resolve historical corporate governance deficiencies across all companies. 
•    Set up a database and keep track of all corporate secretarial paperwork for all entities. 
•    Remind the company of its obligations for meeting ongoing project reporting requirements and deadlines. 
•    Draft and prepare resolutions and all relevant documents/letters for all entities. 
•    Preform all admin tasks, including typing, document filing, and translation. 
•    Make sure the company in compliance and other reporting specifications in certain region.  
•    Handle changes on the boards of company entities. 
•    Ensure effective control over cost & budgeting system of corporate secretarial. 
•    Ensure company applies Corporate Regulatory Authority.  
•    Help stakeholders in arranging to notarize, authenticate, and legalise company papers at individual embassies in Singapore. 
•    Ensure to update statutory books for registers of members, directors and secretaries. 
 
Requirements:  
•    Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary within a Corporate team. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to offer an accurate, prompt and professional service 
•    Capable of organizing and prioritising workloads 
•    High level of attention to detail 
•    Excellent time management and organizational skills 
•    Diploma in Law or equivalent
