Responsibilities;
- Responding to emails and telephone calls
- Providing administration duties
- Taking inbound calls and passing to the appropriate department
- Supporting the operations team with bookings, invoices and covering departments when required
- Looking after office stock requirements
- Supporting the company CEO with some PA work
- Speaking to customers and oversea agents
- Speaking with clients and customers daily
- Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries and requirements
Skills Required;
- A confident and approachable person
- Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
- IT literate
- Strong administration skills
